WoW! So here we are, fresh as daisies and ready to rock the world with our new ideas and are they great! :-) It's sortof funny that the difference of a picosecond (The measurable time between December 31st and January 1st), can make us all feel so different. And boy, does it!
New year resolutions? Make any? I made loads. All the usual ones like
1. "Exercise more".
TICK. on my bike to nowhere every other day.
2. "Eat more healthily". So if more means cutting alcohol and chocolate and eating fruit and veg a little more frequently, then
TICK.
3. "Be better organised". I have loads of time! That's what my little "Manage your time better" book is telling me. So why can't I find time to read it more frequently. Oh yeah, it's me and my bad time management. Catch-22. Must read book to find out how to organise myself better but no time to read the book that tells me how. So I left it in the loo. Seems a great place to read a time management book and what better way to spend 5 minutes :-) So a big

4. "get stuff done". Stuff around the house I have neglected I must admit. I'm not as tidy as I should be so I am endeavouring to change this. It's not that I live in a pigsty, I just don't put things away immediately. I always wash the dishes after every meal (note to brain: get dishwasher), and clean up every couple of days but people always come when it's untidy. D'oh. So I've made a little bit of a start on this. I've started the redecoration of the downstairs loo. I'm forcing myself to put things away when I'm done with them. So half a

5. "Find a MAN". Oooh - the biggy. I've been so lax on this. I kinda like my own company but it would be nice to snuggle and have someone to share things with sometimes. Do they do men you can hang in the wardrobe? That will help me with resolution 4.
There is one massive problem with all of this back patting. It's only January 6th! LOOOONG way to go I think.
